Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Eligible items must be:

  • Unused and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To start a return, contact qahava.help@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, accessories, intimate apparel, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
